CURRENT PROJECT
The scope of work is to construct 5-story buildings with a total built-up area of about 6,800m2, inclusive of internal plumbing, water reticulation, and external work.
Other M&E will be under Prime cost sum. The total contract amount is RM18,188,891.00 and to be completed within a period of 104 weeks from the commencement date
(20/09/2017 – 17/09/2019).
